The concept of patient centered care has been applied in the health care industry for many years, yet there is no clear definition or best practices that demonstrate the patient centered approach.

Given that various health care transformation initiatives are making limited Progress and to encourage the development of new technologies and solutions in this key sector, CATAAlliance has joined with The Access Group, Cisco Systems, ND Insights and other partners to provide a year-long series of forums to fuel the necessary action steps and activities.

Persons concerned about health and wellness will no longer work in siloed approaches, with limited resources and knowledge. To this end, this program has been designed to connect committed leaders to come together and share their challenges and opportunities in enabling patient centered care. WHAT A TelePresence Roundtable - Leadership Action Series: Creating a Culture of Person Centered Health is the first North America-wide program dedicated to a Person Centered Health approach to healthcare transformation. It is a monthly collaborative series and a leaders network.
In the upcoming Session 2, the Roundtable will explore Person Centered Health actions to date through updates from three leadership groups.
WHO Key leaders from coast-to-coast and across sectors are leaders in action and invited to participate as a Roundtable panelist or speaker.
