A new law in the States that could help startups to raise more money online has  people calling for a change in Canada's laws.

In an interview with BNN (Business News Network) Host, Howard Green, we hear from  CATA’s Regulatory Advocate  Andrea Johnson, Partner, Fraser Milner Casgrain,  about the risks of falling behind the U.S. in enabling small businesses to access capital through methods like crowdfunding.
