Join the Enactus UOttawa & CATAAlliance Team to Advance Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Fifth Annual Legacy Conference

Enactus uOttawa is delighted to hold their fifth annual Legacy Conference, an event designed to inspire, educate and connect entrepreneurs from various points in their careers. This event is Canada’s premier entrepreneurship conference, and the largest of its’ kind in the country, bringing together over 500 future business leaders and senior executives from across the country.

The 5th annual Legacy Conference event will take place on November 21st, 2015 in Ottawa, Ontario and will feature a variety of entrepreneurial speakers and workshops. This remarkable event will bring together post-secondary students, senior executives, and accomplished entrepreneurs to discuss innovation and entrepreneurship in Canada.

The Legacy Conference will offer a large range of businesses the opportunity to provide their insight and advice to the audience. The Legacy Conference is proud to co-organize the event this year with CATAAlliance, Canada’s largest high tech association. CATAAlliance CEO, John Reid, said, “We are proud to partner with the dynamic and hardworking group of post-secondary students that are organizing the Legacy Conference, bringing together some of the top students from across the country.”

Andre Bouzout, a third-year Marketing major at the Telfer School of Management and Executive Director of the conference, is leading the conference’s organizing committee for a second year, having doubled attendance last year. He has a great deal of experience in fundraising and securing speakers for high profile events. “My ultimate goal,” he explains, “is to motivate and empower young Canadians to become entrepreneurs and to organize that event that will give them the skills and resources they need in order to make them successful.”
