Ritesh advises and assists several Police Services, Government bodies, the Judiciary, Major Financial Institutions, Community Partners and Private Sector Organizations with investigations, analytics, principles, practices, challenges and opportunities with respect to the use of Social/Cyber/Digital technology. He continues to conduct leading-edge research, provide guidance, develop digital strategies and provide training in the areas of technology procurement, analytics, cyber-crime, social media, apps, gamification, cloud, mobility and crowd-sourcing to both the public sector and private industry. Ritesh has worked and presented around the world including the World Internet Conference in China, the training academy for the Jamaican Constabulary Force, the Major City Chiefs/FBI National Executive Institute Conference and several other events in the Middle East, North America and Europe.

Ritesh frequently provide interviews to mainstream media to highlight organizational achievements and provide analysis & insights into tech related stories. He continues to appear in Local and International media as a Subject Matter Expert on Social/Cyber/Digital trends.

Ritesh is credited with creating transformational change within our policing institutions. He has been predicting emerging trends to successfully identify technological disruptors, opportunities and threats prior to them becoming widely accepted by the public. He has brought Social Media, Mobility, the use of Open-Source Intelligence and Analytics to the forefront of policing. He is an effective communicator and continuously leading high-performing teams by utilizing his skill sets in customer service, innovation and aid in complex problem solving.
