Mobile Health Advisory Board (MHAB) CATAAlliance is pleased to announce the creation of its new Mobile Health Advisory Board (MHAB).

About MHAB

The Mobile Health Advisory Board will bring together stakeholders who strongly believe that the greater adoption of mobile technology would significantly enhance the quality of health care services delivered to Canadian citizens as well as drive cost efficiencies throughout the healthcare system.

The CATA Mobile Health Advisory Board (MHAB) has as its mission to actively shape advocacy, policy and awareness activities that advance CATA's positions regarding mobile health. It brings together stakeholders actively developing, deploying, using, or who are otherwise interested about the impact of mobile technology in the healthcare sector. MHAB aims to promote and encourage mobile investments, mobile adoption, greater collaboration and data sharing by all agencies and practitioners involved in the circle of care.

Our vision is of a health care system that adopts a mobile first mindset thereby creating a better user experience for all Canadians and driving cost efficiencies in the delivery of health care.

The focus and objective of MHAB are closely aligned with CATA's Innovation Nation priority.
