ICTC has this year selected IBM Canada for the ICTC Award for IT Strategic HR Management for their significant focus on women in tech and girls in STEM including the “IBM STEM 4 Girls” initiative and the “IBM STEM Re-Entry Program”, a tech internship program to help those who have taken a career break gain current skills to re-enter the workplace. Such programs are critical for enabling a job ready workforce for tomorrow’s economy as well as creating an inclusive and shared digital future for all Canadians.
