Webinar Backgrounder

Over one third of corporate environments have employee engagement challenges. High ratios of employees are not showing up fully inspired, motivated, behaviors analogous to The Walking Dead. We need the full brain showing up at work to increase employee engagement. Furthermore, human attention spans are dropping to less than 50% in the increasing Age of Distraction (Microsoft, 2017).

At the same time, leaders are seeking higher innovation outcomes and top line revenue growth, but our human talent is not firing on all cylinders. Innovation results in Canada remain below desired goals, whilst the USA is starting to lag behind countries like: Switzerland, The Netherlands, Singapore, etc.

How can we achieve higher growth and success outcomes maximizing our resource utilization? The most important skill is curiosity, as it underlines innovation enablement and emotional intelligence. Without Cracking the Code on Curiosity, we will continue to be marginalized in innovation and growth results.

The Webinar will help your organization determine what keeps people from being curious, so that you can create an action plan to move forward and win in the new economy, where innovation and critical thinking are key to business modernization.
