What we are looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced sales manager to join us as our Director of North American Sales. We’re a leader in one of today’s highest-growth technology segments, so the opportunity is unique. We need a strong leader with experience selling complex systems to help us develop and execute sales strategies to take advantage of it.

What you’ll do?

  • Build a culture of success and goal achievement within your team
  • Plan, develop, communicate and execute sales strategies, to meet sales quota
  • Manage the sales team, to deliver profitable growth and accurate sales forecasting
  • Interact and build relationships with internal and external stake holders
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with your team to identify and close new customers in industries that require innovative technologies in different verticals
  • Generate new opportunities through a close working relationship with technology experts and thought leaders in different functional parts of the organization
  • Work closely with your team and colleagues to share strategy and identify different vertical success stories to close business
  • Assist in product selection, pricing, and coordinating customer responses to drive effective customer response behaviors
  • Produce consistent, accurate activity and sales reporting and forecast using standardized tracking tools
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the vision industry, in-depth product, solution and service knowledge, and be proficient at providing complex system solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing to address the North American market


What you bring to the table:

  • 5 years of successful sales management experience, including experience selling complex systems (hardware, software, and engineering services)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial with proven ability to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
  • A leader who excels in a highly-collaborative environment
  • Exposure to imaging and computer vision would be an asset

What does the interview process involve?
