Adam Belsher has been Chief Executive Officer of Magnet Forensics since September 2011. Under his leadership, the company’s digital forensics software products are trusted by more than 4,000 police, national security and other agencies with investigative authorities in 93 countries. Magnet’s products are used to collect, manage and analyze digital evidence in cases related to terrorism, child exploitation, human trafficking, fraud and almost every other form of criminal investigation.

Mr. Belsher is a seasoned marketing and sales executive with 20 years’ experience in the global technology sector. Prior to joining Magnet Forensics, he served as Vice President of the Verizon Business Unit for Research in Motion (RIM) from November 1998 to September 2011, creator of the BlackBerry, where he and his team grew revenue to over $2B in 4 years.
He is a founding member of the Council of Canadian Innovators and an active member of Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Mr. Belsher holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and a Diploma in Business & Management Studies from the University of Bradford, UK.
