On January 19, 2017, Avaya Inc. announced that they were seeking Bankruptcy under the protection of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This has been expected for several months, and was not a surprise to Roberta J. Fox, Chief Innovation Officer for Fox Group Technology, who shares her insights into the challenges now and into the future for their Canadian customers.
