As you know, GTEC's Showcase underwent a dramatic transformation with the move to the Westin Ottawa Hotel this year. The move created an opportunity to redesign the floor plan with more innovative turnkey concepts and a variety of space options. In response to the significant demand for raw (traditional) exhibit space, GTEC recently added 10 more spaces to the plan, and now has these plus, 36 8-foot and 6-foot turnkeys available on a first come first served basis. Beyond these, the only remaining availability is within the 'Experience Government 2.0 Pavilion' and our private executive suites.
Organizations that are interested in participating in GTEC this year should investigate the remaining exhibit spaces and confirm their exhibit as soon as possible, as there is no further room for expansion. Once the plan is full, there will be no other space to accommodate exhibits this year.
Please contact Leslie Johnston to inquire on the status of our available exhibits and pods.

Quality Sponsorships Still Available
Many of our premier sponsorships have been taken by longstanding gold and Silver partners at GTEC. These organizations have bundled powerful marketing and profile opportunities to create a unique presence fort their organizations across the event. Still, there are some premium sponsorships available at the exhibition, and the ever popular Distinction Awards Gala.
Normally, our sponsorship opportunities would be few at this point in the development of the event, but the change in venue and layout has created new sponsorships for our partners. As a result, some of high profile sponsorships that have been 'locked up' for years have become available. Please contact Leslie Johnston to inquire on the status of our sponsorship opportunities.
