For the first time in Canada, Fire, Police, Paramedic and Emergency Response organizations were asked about their current use of technology, about emergency preparedness capabilities, and to identify a range of services they would like to see available to improve collaboration and cooperation amongst various jurisdictions. A total of 144 Chiefs (or equivalent) from Fire, Police, Paramedic and Emergency Response Organizations responded to the study.
