Dennis is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner with Deloitte’s Ottawa Office and has been with the firm for 19 years, of which 16 have been devoted to the practice of income tax. Dennis has served as part of the engagement team for some of the largest clients of Deloitte. Dennis' areas of practice includes Research and Development (he is the R&D leader of the Ottawa office), corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, expatriate taxation and cross border taxation and planning. Dennis acts as the Lead Tax Partner on some of Deloitte's most prestigious clients including Canada Post Corporation, CBC, MTS Allstream, and McGill University. Dennis was a lecturer at McGill University in the post-graduate program. He was also a tutor for the C.I.C.A. in-depth tax course.
Dennis completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Bishop’s University, and his Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy at McGill University.
He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants, and the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
