Canadian Pavilion Opportunity - Gartner Sourcing Summit in Washington
December 11, 2007

In our ongoing pursuit of promoting Canada as a global sourcing destination of choice, CATAAlliance has coordinated the launch of the second consecutive Canadian Country Pavilion taking place at the Gartner Outsourcing Summit: with this year's Summit taking place in Washington, D.C. from May 18-21st, 2008.

This Pavilion opportunity is a must-attend for any Canadian business seeking to provide nearshore solutions to U.S. companies, and Provincial Ministries and Federal Government Departments seeking to promote Canada as an investment or trade/promotion destination.

In an exclusive arrangement negotiated between CATAAlliance and Gartner, Canadian companies and government departments/ministries who join the Pavilion will enjoy:

  • Steeply discounted costs for a sleekly modern turn-key booth solution under a Canadian Country Pavilion banner

  • Exclusive access to the Gartner Global Sourcing Invitational Boardroom Program (five 30 minute presentations on the Canadian Advantages to pre-qualified buyers of sourcing services)

  • A unique Pavilion environment that combines Private and Public sector interest jointly working to promote Canadian trade and investment opportunities

  • The opportunity to craft primary messages and themes - including the Boardroom program and a proposed 55-minute Solution Provider Session on the main conference agenda

  • Hassle-free logistical and administrative effort - most details managed by the CATAAlliance team

  • Incredible networking and lead generating opportunities

"Many if not most of the Dallas Pavilion participants will be returning and a couple of new Provinces such as Manitoba and Quebec are also indicating a strong interest in participating in Washington," says Kevin Wennekes, VP Research for CATAAlliance. "As this will be the second year that Canada will have an official Pavilion, those representing the Country at the next Summit will be helping to further establish a strong Canadian presence, and have a credible edge in attracting new investment and trade opportunities as a result."

Space is limited and preference will be provided to current CATA members. Note that added savings can be realized with a commitment to participate reached by the end of December, so interested parties are encouraged to respond immediately.
