"We are privileged to be able to tap into her creative talents and vision and her community that is blending their creativity with their special skills in communications and digital media technologies.
The creative design and artistic sectors are at the top of our model of what an Intelligent Community looks like where the model's architecture has five layers or domains: Place. Infrastructure. Collaboration Ecosystem™. Solutions and Life - the ultimate domain covering how citizens live. learn. work and play. This is where Sara's leadership becomes most valuable -- at the top of the pyramid of any community."
