Government Procurement Update on the Legislative Landscape, Technology Test Beds

This CATA exclusive Teleforum recording and presentation provides insight on how the federal government is adjusting procurement policies to make the process easier for SMEs and explores guidance and engagement matters relating to Technology Test Beds and Reference Accounts.

The Standing Committee on Government Operations held five hearings on the ability of SMEs to access federal contracts. What began as a study on the bundling of [IT] contracts became a study on the conditions surrounding SMEs as they try to access federal contracts.
