Users and service providers agree on internet neutrality
July 5, 2010

The most recent CATA Quick Poll results speak to the importance of net neutrality to both internet users and sellers of internet services.

The CATA Quick Poll is meant to provide a quick glance at the perspectives of Canada’s technology leaders.  For our most recent poll, we wanted to know about what this group thinks about the importance of net neutrality related issues.

The responses were definitive in nature.  We asked about the importance of content control, competitor discrimination, fair access, and web-browsing re-direction.

The following chart shows the percentage of respondents who indicated that they thought the issues we identified were either important or very important.
