Join CATAAlliance’s Chief Business Officer, Kevin Wennekes, as he interviews Colin Murray, Director of Knowledge and Technology for Community Safety at Defence Research and Development Canada’s Centre for Security Science, regarding the launch of the International Forum to Advance First Responder Innovation (IFAFRI).

The IFAFRI is composed of government leaders from across the world, including 14 countries, representing more than seven million responders. The main goal is to enhance and expand the development of affordable and innovative technology that will help first responders.

In this anticipated 10-15 minute briefing, viewers will learn more about the IFAFRI objectives, how Industry will be a critical partner and collaborator, some of the critical capability gaps among the world’s responder community based on preliminary research, and how Canadian government leadership and the direct involvement of Defence Research and Development Canada plays a critical role in the Forum’s creation and continued growth.
