The Manager, Global Transformation & Transaction (GSCS) at HP calls for your Declaration of Support for i-Canada: global leadership through ultrafast communications

Please view this video from CATAnet TV... Pascale Legros, Manager, Global Transformation & Transaction (GSCS) and Diversity Executive at HP, the 2010 Winner of the CATAAlliance CAMSC Innovation Through Diversity Award .

While many companies have started only recently to appreciate the benefits of supplier diversity, HP’s commitment to the concept extends deep into its corporate culture. As early as 1958, shortly after HP became a public company, it began a Small Business Program to develop relationships across the widest possible spectrum of suppliers. As the company expanded beyond the U.S., the initiative evolved into HP’s Global Supplier Diversity Program.

As Manager and Diversity Executive of HP and i-Canada Alliance supporter, Pascale speaks to key factors for success in diversity, using the example of HP initiatives.
