Ambassador of Israel to Canada Co-Headline Conference with Head of Israel’s Space Agency Israel’s High-Tech Miracle and Canada: Innovation for Humanity will focus on developing mutually beneficial technological and economic cooperation

(MONTREAL, April, 2015)— Internationally renowned scientists, academics, and business executives, including among others, the Ambassador of Israel to Canada, Hon. Rafael Barak, the current head of Israel’s space agency (Israel’s equivalent of NASA), Dr. Itzhak Ben-Israel, and the President & Vice-Chancellor of the University of Waterloo, Feridun Hamdullahpur, will gather at Montreal’s first-ever Conference devoted to Canada-Israeli cooperation in the domains of security and defense, medical and pharmaceutical research, plus entrepreneurship and business development. This unique, day-long event, showcasing prominent multidisciplinary experts, will take place on Wednesday, April 29th, at the Gelber Conference Centre.
