March 19, 2008

CATA is pleased to confirm that it will be spearheading the launch of yet another Canadian Pavilion at the upcoming Gartner Outsourcing Summit in Washington this May.

As a result of a special deal negotiated between CATAAlliance and Gartner and announced this past December - Canadian Pavilion Opportunity - Gartner Sourcing Summit in Washington - CATA has secured the largest delegation yet of industry and government partners to represent and promote Canadian trade and investment opportunities at this premier and internationally acclaimed tradeshow event.

This year's Summit takes place in Washington, D.C. from May 18-21st, 2008.

The Canadian Pavilion will be comprised of representatives from organizations including Nova Scotia Business Inc., Business New Brunswick, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Government of Manitoba, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, the Canadian Embassy in Washington, the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, and almost a dozen industry and association executives.

There are still a limited number of spaces left for interested government or industry partners. See the previous announcement for further details on the benefits of joining the Canadian Pavilion delegation.

For CATA members: CATA members who participate will qualify for a rebate of $5,000 or more off their costs for space in the Canadian Pavilion. A maximum of four companies will qualify for a subsidized space and these will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
