Background:

For many years, innovation has been reduced to technology R&D innovation. Today it is not enough to drive success. The most successful organizations are extending innovation to everything they do in their business. We call it Business and Service Innovation.

This important survey will help understand

- Where Canadian organizations are today in the area of Business and Service Innovation;
- What they are doing specifically; and
- How ready they are to compete on innovation beyond R&D.

Already governments and organizations in the US, Europe and Japan are developing knowledge and strategies for Business and Service Innovation. Canada must catch up quickly.

CATA's objective in this study is to help ensure that Canadian companies have the opportunity to become world leaders in service innovation through knowledge sharing and access to needed tools and best practices. The approximate 10 minutes you take to respond to this survey will help us to help your own and other Canadian organizations.

All respondents will be offered a complimentary copy of the report generated from this study.

Your participation is greatly appreciated.
