Across the economy, there is a growing belief that Web 2.0 technologies – blogs, podcasts, interactive web sites, online communities, wikis, mash-ups, and similar innovations – are changing customer and employee expectations. This creates a real conundrum: will investments in these capabilities drive new business or cost savings, or merely drain scarce resources?
In order to provide better insight into the adoption of Web 2.0 technologies and to respond to these questions, CATAAlliance is joining forces with IT in Canada, and Helix Commerce to study uses of and attitudes towards Web 2.0 tools. The information that we collect will help organizations chart their Web 2.0 plans.

In return for your participation, we will send you a benchmark report that combines your results with those of 30 of your peers. With this information, you can understand how your approaches compare to those of organizations that are most similar to yours.
I would like to personally thank you for completing the survey, and hope you will benefit from the insights gained from this research.
