With the theme Leading Change: Aviation Security Today and Tomorrow, the conference will address the many facets of aviation security by bringing together key players from government, industry and academia. It will also feature a tradeshow of leading Canadian and international security technology solutions and vendors.
"The High Road team is passionate about achieving results, and has proven relationships in the technology sector and with Canadian media," said Norm Kirkpatrick, Executive Director, CATAAlliance and manager of the Canadian Aviation Security Conference. "High Road's experience and dedication will help generate the buzz that we need to attract the right participants and attendees."
Through plenary sessions and keynote presentations, the conference will cover issues such as technology and privacy, intelligence and security, and transportation of cargo.
High Road will create a campaign to demonstrate how industry leaders, policy-makers and researchers are working together to advance Canada's position as an aviation security leader.
"The conference is a great opportunity to showcase Canadian innovations in making air travel more secure," said Hugh Scholey, Vice President, High Road Communications.
