8:45 am - 9:45 am Leadership roundtable Delivering IT in today’s complex business environment. How are today’s CIOs creating and delivering value for business units who are consistently changing requirements? What’s the new role of the CIO? What’s the new role of the Business Unit? What’s the role of vendors? Who’s making progress and how?

9:45 am – 10:00 am: Break and Business Networking

10:00 am – 11:00 am: Breakout peer to peer roundtable discussion groups about the following topics:

Implementing new software solutions such as business intelligence and security. Excluding ROI, what other strategic or risks reasons can drive a successful business case? How do we make progress? What step is the first step? 2. Turning the CIOs office from an IT provider to a strategic business partner. As outsourcing activities grows and business units tie a stronger relationship with the outsourced vendor, how can CIOs tie a close connection to the business and deliver value?
