OTTAWA, January 24, 2008 - The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) is exploring ways to assist both employers and workers by establishing a certification/recognition system for ICT professionals that combines both business and technical competencies. CATA is collaborating with the ICTC in this important initiative and encourages your active participation.
Please participate in the following survey, developed by York Consulting Group (YCG), and share your thoughts about certification in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Your input is extremely valuable and will help ICTC to provide a viable certification/recognition model that will better serve ICT employers, workers and educational providers in the future.
The survey features a short Flash presentation, followed by a few questions. Overall, it should take no more than 10-15 minutes of your time. All of your answers will be anonymous.
In appreciation for your time, YCG will make a $2 donation for each of the first 500 respondents to a charity chosen from a list provided at the end of the survey.
