The Premier was impressed by a new Commonwealth Advantage initiative called "CommonPulse", the world's first global webinar. CommonPulse, dedicated to creating an inventory of best practices in health care around the Commonwealth, will launch on February 6th with a link between Toronto, Delhi and Karachi.

The Premier referred to the webinar as "an inspired undertaking which could lead to an entirely new mode of consensus-building". The MOU will help generate new business between Canada and the vibrant economy of Pakistan, which is growing at a double-digit rate.
