Packed with practical features, the newly-launched Tax & Finance Advocacy & Best Practices Portal is set to serve as an important gateway for executives seeking access to and sharing of information on all matters relating to the fiscal regime with a special focus on the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) Program, a federal tax incentive program, administered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

CATA’s Sr. VP of Advocacy, Tax & Finance, Russ Roberts, said, “The Portal offers much more than legislative briefings, and alerts; you can also post questions, flag issues for advocacy, seek guidance from experts and benefit from a library educational videos.”

Since its founding in 1977, CATAAlliance has served as a leading advocate for improvements to Canada's R&D tax credit system and as an educational resource to help companies better understand and take advantage of the program.
