Merrilee holds a Masters of Business Administration from Royal Roads University. She has developed a benchmarking process for effective measurement of supplier performance and has presented Managing and Measuring Contract Performance to a variety of audiences. She recently addressed the Houston Minority Business Council on how small businesses can win new business in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
