#IPCS2018 EPIC Awards

The Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) and the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATAAlliance) through its joint advisory body the eCrime Cyber Council are pleased to be hosting the inaugural launch of the Excellence in the Prevention and Investigation of Cybercrimes (EPIC) awards at #IPCS2018! These awards recognize and reward the valuable contributions by individuals and/or teams in Canadian law enforcement and private sector leaders who have demonstrated excellence, innovation and initiative in the prevention, detection, disruption, and dismantling of cybercrime actors and organizations, that has demonstrated a positive impact for cybercrime victims. There will be two EPIC awards presented this year: the first recognizing Cybercrime Investigators/Teams and the second recognizing Outstanding Cybercrime Product or Service from private sector innovators.
