OTTAWA – CATAAlliance, Canada’s One Voice for Innovation Lobby Group, announced the opening of nominations for its long-standing award for Outstanding Product Achievement in advanced technology, named the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University Outstanding Product Achievement Award in Advanced Technology.
The Outstanding Product Achievement Award will be presented to a Canadian organization for an outstanding technology engineering development which has resulted in the production of a world-class product or family of products. The product will have proven itself in operation and its design and market success will have enhanced Canada’s international reputation for innovation and excellence.
“Canada is home to world class leaders responsible for important technological advancements helping our country retain its competitive position,” said, Dr. Linda Schweitzer, Dean at the Sprott School of Business. “We are proud to sponsor this award recognizing an outstanding technology engineering development which has resulted in the production of a world-class product or family of products.”
The Award will be presented at CATA’s 33rd Annual Innovation Leadership Awards Gala, hosted by the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in Ottawa on May 15th 2018.
This year’s Gala continues a 33 year tradition of recognizing outstanding technological innovation and corporate leadership in expanding the frontiers of Canada’s advanced technology industries.
CTV Alumni Host, Paul Brent will return as the guest MC and moderator of an executive panel of business and community leaders focusing on ” Embracing A.I. means a boost to business.”
