According to Ms. Marshal, “Mentors and role models are critical to a woman’s decision to enter the technology sector. A mentor’s input and guidance can help build the necessary skills and confidence young people need to advance their careers. I have a passion for mentorship and helping people reach their full potential.”

Pauline Marshall is President and Partner of the Canadian Benefits Insurance and Investments Group (CBIG) in Prince George, BC. She has 24 years of experience in the investment industry with proven expertise in group retirement fund management, portfolio management, business relationship management, strategic planning, financial planning and customer service.
Prior to joining CBIG as a Pension Manager in 2012, Pauline was Premier Relationship Manager at HSBC where she grew her career over 18 years. She became Partner at CBIG within one and a half years of joining and has grown the company’s pension assets 14-fold in under six years. Pauline prides herself on being front-line accessible to clients and keeping a pulse on their current and emerging needs. She is instrumental in ensuring that front-line accessibility to clients continues to be the core of CBIG’s culture as the company grows rapidly.
Pauline has always had a passion for mentorship and helping people and businesses reach their full potential. At HSBC, she led a course called “Taking the Stage” that empowered hundreds of women across British Columbia and Alberta to stand up and speak with confidence. Today, Pauline enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs and enabling them to realize financial fulfillment though cost-effective financial services and compensation programs that grow and evolve with them.
Pauline is a graduate from College of New Caledonia as well as Securities and Insurance Licensed.
