The Making the Most of Her MBA Award recognizes Canada’s top women MBAs who show, in addition to an outstanding academic record, the skills and motivation for becoming a next generation leader.
This new Award, proudly sponsored by HRSG, will be presented at CATA’s 33rd Annual Innovation Gala, by the Canadian Women in Technology (CanWIT), a group launched by CATAAlliance to boost women’s participation and advancement in the high-growth technology sector.
In judging the nominees for the award, the Selection Committee is looking for women MBAs who have demonstrated consistent innovation and leadership skills. Weighting will be given to academic record, including good overall team play, and Business School initiatives with a demonstrated record of leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking and high potential for career advancement. All candidates should be registered as a full-time or part-time student in a Canadian MBA Program.
Applications should be submitted no later than April 01, 2018. The three shortlisted candidates be interviewed on CATA’s TechNow video channel with one overall winner chosen by the judges. The finalists, including the winner, will be announced at the 33rd Annual CATA Innovation & Leadership Awards in Ottawa on May 15, 2018. The Gala will be hosted by the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University.
The new Making the Most of Her MBA Award will be presented at the CATA Gala by the Chair of CanWIT & CEO of HRSG in front of a prestigious gathering of business leaders, public sector leaders, Deans, journalists and distinguished guests.
