In this video, James Freeman, CTO & President, New Ventures, Zedi, and member, CATA Innovation Leadership Council talks to CATA CEO John Reid about the hows and whys of developing a value proposition. Zedi is a case and point.

CATA now challenges all organizations, public and private sectors, to rethink their value propositions as part of creating Canada as the number one competitive innovation nation.

Developing a value proposition is based on a review and analysis of the benefits, costs, and value that an organization can deliver to its customers, prospective customers, and other constituent groups within and outside the organization. It is also a positioning of value, where Value = Benefits – Cost (cost includes economic risk).
