Three digital health startups will get 88 days and a once in a lifetime opportunity to be mentored by life sciences and business experts through Grants4Apps®Toronto. This new program from Bayer connects digital health startups with industry experts to help app developers thrive within the digital healthcare universe.
The program supports innovative Canadian digital health startups through mentoring and coaching from Bayer experts, financial support up to $10 K per startup, as well as networking opportunities. Grant recipients will also get office space from June 5 to October 4, 2017 at Bayer Canada’s headquarters in Mississauga.
We are looking for startups beyond the ideation phase developing health technology or innovative solutions that focus on Digital Health in the areas of Cardiovascular, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Pulmonary Hypertension, Women’s Healthcare, Consumer Health (pain, allergy, footcare, sun protection) and Companion Health (animals and pets). We are looking for solutions that will help facilitate the work of Canadian healthcare professionals and improve the lives of Canadians.
The grant program is open to legal entities based in Canada or Canadians who are 18 years old or older.
Deadline for submissions is Sunday, April 30, 2017.
