Ottawa, ON…CATAAlliance, Canada’s One Voice for Innovation Lobby Group tabled today a three page discussion paper to foster a dialogue on the overall framework that governs the way business are taxed, IP (intellectual property) is exploited and innovation programs are delivered to the marketplace.
