Exploring Avaya’s U.S. Bankruptcy Impact on Canadian Business Customers – Technology Insider Analysis

Exploring Avaya’s U.S. Bankruptcy Impact on Canadian Consumers with Roberta Fox from CATAAlliance on Vimeo.

On January 19, 2017, Avaya Inc. announced that they were seeking Bankruptcy under the protection of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This has been expected for several months, and was not a surprise to Roberta J. Fox, Chief Innovation Officer for Fox Group Technology, who shares her insights into the challenges now and into the future for their Canadian customers.

Watch this 11-minute video podcast where CATAAlliance’s Chief Business Officer, Kevin Wennekes, seeks out Ms. Fox’s interpretation of how Avaya arrived at this development, how it may impact on Canadian operations and what concerns Canadian companies currently using Avaya products and services should begin preparing to address for future needs.
