House Motion Regarding Veterans and Reservists: Intellectual Property Rights

M-81 — November 3, 2016 — Ms. Mathyssen (London—Fanshawe) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should immediately amend legislation to ensure that veterans and reservists no longer on the government’s payroll can freely participate in the private sector without fear of claims being made on their intellectual property. M-81 — 3 novembre 2016 — Mme Mathyssen (London—Fanshawe) — Que, de l’avis de la Chambre, le gouvernement devrait apporter immédiatement des modifications législatives pour s’assurer que les anciens combattants et les réservistes qui ne touchent plus de solde de l’État peuvent travailler librement dans le secteur privé sans craindre de réclamations relatives à leur propriété intellectuelle.
